How much does assisted living cost at Love ALF?
$3,200 per month for a shared room, all-inclusive. Advanced care such as diabetes management is up to $3,500 per month.
Is there a move-in fee?
No. There is no move-in or community fee beyond the first month's rate.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes, Medicaid is accepted.
Do you offer private rooms?
No. Both homes offer shared rooms only.
How many residents live at each home?
Each home is licensed for 12 residents, so care stays personal.
Where are you located?
Love ALF is at 1711/1713 SW 34th St, Cape Coral, FL 33914. Love ALF II is at 2918/2920 SW 7th Pl, Cape Coral, FL 33914. We serve Cape Coral, Fort Myers and all of Lee County.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Both homes are licensed assisted living facilities through the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA): Love ALF, license #13519; Love ALF II, license #13758.
Do you accept residents with dementia?
We don't have a memory care unit, but we accept residents with manageable dementia. Call us to discuss your loved one's needs.
What's included in the monthly rate?
Help with daily living, medication management, three meals plus a snack, activities, 24-hour care, and two free rides per day to doctor appointments within 10 miles.
Who provides care?
Caregivers on staff 24 hours a day, a manager at each home, a nurse practitioner for medical needs, a podiatrist, and a cosmetologist for haircuts. Care strategies are guided by occupational therapy experience.
Is staff available 24 hours?
Yes, care is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do you have Spanish-speaking staff?

Are your homes ready for hurricanes?
Yes. Both homes have fire alarms, sprinklers and backup power designed to last weeks during hurricane outages.

Love ALF opened in 2020 and Love ALF II in 2021.
